Devorah is an independent advisor, working with organisations across the third sector to develop strategies and programmes, with a particular focus on internal commitment, public engagement, and social change. Devorah has over twenty years of experience in informal and organisational learning, across three continents and multiple cultures. She has created programmes and strategy for organisations as diverse as the Brooklyn Museum, the Historical Archives of the European Union, and the Built Environment Trust and worked with publics that span from families to graduate students to CEOs. Today, she works primarily in Italy and the UK, supporting senior management and boards to develop or focus their strategic vision, translate it into deliverable actions, and apply it consistently and effectively to internal and external activities.
