Ndeye Filly Gueye is a Senegalese-American multi-cultural strategist, and arts and cultural engineer with a compiled 15 years of experience between Los Angeles, CA and Dakar, Senegal with a degree in Business Administration and Management with honors from Morgan State University.

Currently living in Dakar, Filly Gueye has over 7 years of experience in Arts Administration, Project Management, and Production. For the past 5 years, Filly has immersed herself behind the scenes in artistic direction, film production, and performance art.

She has gone on to be Performing Arts Center Theatre Manager for the International School of Dakar playing an integral part in the production of graduation ceremonies, Musicals, Festivals of short plays, Physical Theatre Performances, Dance Shows, and panels. She continues to dive for more knowledge with her recent certification through the University of Cambridge course on “Reconceiving space: through installation and performance art”. Filly has found a strong attraction to contextual and research approaches for curatorial texts and discussions.

With Her Creative Solutions and Consulting Agency, The Mouthout Agency LLC, she coaches to attain creative excellence through a multicultural lens via cross-cultural strategies and promotes a space for more African free-thinkers and change-makers through Arts and Culture.
